be along process 'blindfolded or blind volunteers" reworking sofware and device to actually walk-identify objects n distances-and use it to suppelment or eliminate the need for a cane or eye dog-this concept may not even be "practical" in some ways-but would give the blind a way to enjoy surroundings-
