Rebirth Of The Electric Car Film Documentary
The rise and fall of the General Motors Electric Vehicle 1(EV1) was documented in Sony Pictures WHO KILLED THE ELECTRIC CAR? I want to produce a new documentary profiling the rebirth of electric cars such as Tesla Motors, ZENN, and many more that have gained national attention after 2006.

Idea Description
The consumer was given a chance to buy into an electric car that General Motors once produced in the 1990's, but abandoned in 2003 by crushing their EV1's in an Arizona desert. The car itself was a grand achievement in the automotive industry and that it paved the way for future electric car companies such as Tesla Motors, ZENN, AC PROPULSION, APTERA, and others to produce electric cars for the masses. My documentary will tell the story of the rebirth of the electric car, and the future it holds for the consumer market and the positive impact it can have on the environment especially reducing gas-house emissions.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
As an aspiring film-maker, I will further develop the script, organize a film crew, purchase film equipment and shoot the documentary. From there, I will distribute the film worldwide through festivals, dvds, and the internet.
