Idea Description

Most people pass a drivers test at around age 17 and never have to take another test for the rest of their lives. As people move into the ranks of the elderly, their judgment and driving ability often diminish. Frequently, this diminishment is somewhat gradual and the person does not notice thir own decline. Although their family members and doctors will notice, many times they are uncomfortable about confronting the elderly person about the problem. By setting up a standard certification process which can be run by any acredited driving school, there will be an objective third party opinion as to an individual's capacity to keep their drivers license.

Lives will be saved.

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

I would do a pilot program in my hometown with several medical practices and driving schools.
