Telecommunication Office/Daycare Rentals
Work from home with a newborn? Not possible. Lets create a facility that combines the home office and daycare center and place them in the suburbs. Highly educated women/men with newborns (1-4) can't keep regular office hours or make it into the office at all.
Idea Description
A 24-hour facility will have cubicles which will rent by the hour, it will also provide around the clock daycare. The office will be complete with copy stations fedex/ups pick up and drop off. This facility will not only work for new parents but also suburban workers who have the flex time to avoid commuting during high gas prices. Essentially we are talking about a kinkos-like business with more cubicles and daycare. Individuals can buy time but also Businesses can set up corporate accounts to outsource their office overhead and keep their highly qualified workers working during their child rearing years.

very cool idea. you could be working from home but have a 2pm conf call, perhaps it should have sound deadened rooms you could go into for a conf call for an hour while your child was down the hall in a day care room. a monitor in each room would let you see what's happening in the day care room.
