Adding value to RECYCLING
Recycling is a major concern for residential and business units. Also it is a hassle for businesses to manage separate containers for non recyclable and recyclable objects. If we add value to the objects which can be recycled it will make easier for the businesses and consumers.
Idea Description
EPA should assist in creating these companies who will buy recyclable goods from commercial and residential units and then use it for creating recycled paper and plastic goods. The consumers will be paid for the recyclable goods. There will be incentive for consumers and businesses since there will be a value associated with each type of recyclable good. This will help all the industries since right now they recycle the goods just as a matter of concern to the environment and there is no value associated with the recyclable goods. There will be tax and other incentives for this company. Other than that in every state there will be 1 or 2 companies who will have the license to buy these goods.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I will use that money to write proposal to EPA and start building the infrastructure required for such a set up. For example Dump Trucks and valuation of different kinds of recyclable goods. Also talk to local politicians and get their support in regards to this.
Vote for it now.

Q1: How can I build a credit system for residential and business units on the basis of the recyclable goods collected from them on a weekly basis?
I would suggest starting a non-profit organization center on the education of the benefits of recycling materials. The companies could focus of residential and business consumer's alike. However, I would start small like in a neighbor or small town community. This could serve as a great target market.
You could first try printing literature off that discusses the harmful effects recyclable materials have on the in environment as they bio degrade. Then move into a cost benefit analysis on what type of earnings can be made off recyclable goods and how much recycling can really save the consumer. (This aspect could really help on the Business end.) However to truly brand your idea, why not offer individuals and companies the option of buying your company's very own recycle separator trash can that bears your company's logo. This product would serve as a way to increase your company's brand awareness as well as encourage people to recycle. Deciding on product cost and sales volume would be at your discretion.
