  One obstacle I can think of is getting the business community to agree to allowing the employees to nap. Maybe if it was positioned much like a fun or active room, but instead as a rest room, it would get more traction. I have heard of companies doing something similar, where there is a sleep quarters that you could go to to grab a quick nap. I would look into tanning salons as a similar business, as they have some of the similar types of concerns with germs, music/entertainment in the room for each person, fan for temperature control, quick turn around. How far along are you with this idea?
