Fitting Rehab homes with solar power which will be the same as planting 20-30 acres of trees or removing 120,000 pounds of Co2.

to hire a professional planner who will write my business plan and start submitting it to venture capitalist and banks and other lenders so i can make my plan a reality. i will also be working with my wholesale real estate company to find a small rehab i can flip to get some more assets going to expand this plan on my own.

Have you looked at an intermittent step of simply installing solar hot water heaters? There are some really basic models that can tap directly into your gas powered hot water heater and harness the existing water pressure to pump the water to the solar unit. There's several places online who sale these types of units for around a thousand dollars. This would be a small fraction of the cost of installing PVs and all the associated devices (inverters, batteries, etc).
