Idea Description
Build a portal system that allows individual schools to create individual home school portals. Much like in affiliate marketing, when you sign up you usually get a replicated website. I want to take that one step further and provide a full service portal for k-12 schools.
As we all know, schools are always short of money, technology and people. This would not only provide a very professional looking portal for each school, but also allow the individual schools to modify certain aspects to meet there needs quickly and easily.
This would also encourage communication between students, parents, teachers and staff.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
1. Determine the best platform.
2. Develop a proof of concept design
3. Start a pilot group
