Q1: To get these construction engineers to start the project .It is already had a patent record with self signed codument for both parties etc.

Idea Description
I had design in general arrangements drawings 'Typical timber dewelling house',
Showing how the building can elevate downwards into a basement by using special
type hydrulic with special steel type mechanical covering to protect the building from
bad weather such as storm.
As we all heard and seen to offten buildings in such state in America and international
how the storms rip appart home accross the planet and the bill is in billions.
So why not save these homes from damage by using the above tecthnics.
Yes It may be expencive but look on the bright side you can save housing and lives etc.

I have already send these drawing to Virgin and to david davidson in both the UK & USA.
and I had a good responce by virgin construction group saying that they will keep this
in file for the future, The reason for this is because I have no funs to paid these guy
to do the building regulations and Engineering work such as H.V.A.C /Water and drainage
also the type off hydrulic systems to lift and lower the timber dewlling etc.
So it will be nice to get that money for the both company to expriment the project.
I think we can do this, just think how we can save our life and property from damage.

I agree, there does seem to be a lot of damage costs every year from tornadoes and hurricanes, and it is all from damage to fixed structures, like houses and buildings.
I believe that what you need to do is find some construction companies that are interested in the idea of building stronger houses that can withstand the severe winds of a hurricane. Once you do this, you will be able to speak with them about your designs. This way you don't have to really spend that much money developing your plans, you can just set up a partnership with one or a few of these construction companies.
