  Talk to agricultural experts about the different ways of greenhouse growing. The use of hydroponics instead of soil could increase your yields and cut down on maintenance time and labor costs. Soil may be better if you are going for an all organic approach (although hydro can be organic as well). The design of the greenhouse will be important to maximize the yield for the given space.   You will also need to identify all the types of plants that will grown as this will mostly determine the layout of the greenhouse. Talking with grocery stores and the local farmers market might help give you an idea of what types of produce are popular in your area.

  I would try to find someone who might write you a grant for free or learn to write grants yourself. I know my wife basically taught herself to do it and she's found some success for various organizations.
