Through advertisements on the website from different vendors. Also, there will be a nominal charge for design services. Consultations are free. The design services will be very affordable - at least at the beginning. The idea is to get people to use this service instead of hiring a full time professional

Hi Wendy,
Yes, the consutation service will be for free, and the design sketch can be purchased for a VERY nominal fee. This is to give people the incentive to use our service over hiring a full time professional. The website will also make money through advertisements from different material vendors, so that will offset the cost of our free consultations & low design service fees

Hi,
I think it would probably be a good idea to take Extreme Home Makeover out of your title then, since it could probably be considered copyright infringement. I'm not sure.
Do you see what I mean? Like maybe it's only in your title to drive web traffic to your site? Even though I'm sure that's not what you meant, it could be misinterpreted that way, and people in the world can be cruel.

So, will people just be getting a consulting service? Or will they actually get a free home renovation from your service?
If it's just a consulting service, then I'd be really careful to make sure that your advertising isn't misleading. When I first read your idea, I thought it was about getting a home makeover for free, not just talking to your specialists for free. So that needs clarification. That's very important, because you can get onto thin ice pretty quickly.
