  You should look into doing a Web site. Printing can be expensive. You could get a lot more information and more photos/graphics and even do an online magazine/newsletter.

  I would check out your local law school for business clinics that would give you free advice on incorporation.
  
  I was also thinking about starving artists paying for a magazine. I love the idea and think you could have a nice niche among art students, etc., but why not think about having starting a website? You could allow artists to post their work and have ongoing content you described. Featured artist of the week, etc. There is a need to shine light on great artists, so I support the vision.
