Idea Description
My idea is to combine a pet bakery with a party planning business. We would offer traditional and organic pet foods and treats baked fresh plus party planning for pet owners. Cakes would be personalized for the pet and baked from appropriate ingredients (but still look like traditional cakes). Pets could come to our location for the party or we would go to them and provide all the food, games and decorations. Pet spa party themes or costume themes would be offered all-in-one with costumes, groomers and decorations provided. Also we would offer delivery of major pet food brands, specialty foods and our own freshly baked foods and treats.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would lease a store front and contract to rent time at a local commercial kitchen. Also, I would purchase a delivery vehicle and supplies (pet costumes, decorations, grooming tools, etc.)

I'm sure with a little homework you can find a reliable supply. You may even consider buying from a local farmer's market and selling session specific goods. That way, you can create a relationship with a co-op and get a more reliable supply chain.
