Q1: How to spread this idea? And how to get people to accept it (buy it, make their own), putting piggy banks is simple, an empty mayonnaise flask would do, you can even get loans (I do not encourage it) as long as you write an: "I owe you" note, remember, the money in the bank is no longer yours.
Idea Description
Put a piggy bank in each household in the place where family normally eats, open it at the end of every month in the presence of everybody, write a check for the equivalent and mail it to LIFE, WORLD VISION or CHRISTIAN CHILDREN'S FUND. and use the cash to buy food for your family the next time you go shopping. On especial occasions when everybody is happy around the table (Thanks Giving, Christmas, etc.) encourage everybody to be generous. teach your children and ask them to teach their children too until it becomes a family tradition. You will be teaching them to be generous (Unfortunately that is not in human nature, needs to be taught), they will remember you long after you are gone
