Motivating People to Recycle by Making it Easy and Cost Effective

Idea Description
I believe that there should be a container deposit law that includes cash refunds for all recyclable containers. The manufacturers and importers should be responsible for implementing the law. The trick is to give refunds of 50 cents or more for all returned containers as is the case in most countries in western Europe. If this was the case most people would recycle. The service of my company would be to collect the containers on a weekly basis and give the people the cash refunds minus a small fee for the service of picking up the containers. Millions of containers could be recycled and pollution could be reduced.
