Idea Description
Everything we buy is packaged in some form of plastics. My idea to to sell the idea of the addition of a beauty aisle in stores where liquid type products like soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc have refilling stations. You bring your empty bottle of shampoo to the giant dispenser and an attendant refills the product and adheres a sticker signifying that you have supplied your own container and will be paying a discounted price for the product since your not paying for packaging. I believe this will cut down on waste dramatically. I foresee stores with an environmental mind taking hold of such an idea. perhaps Whole Foods or Trader Joe and dare I say Walmart.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
preparing a business plan, feasibility study, prototype, and marketing campaign to present to stores.
