Q1: The only thing to fine is the type of material of the lateral bags/floats and the way it is integrated to the car.
Idea Description
Nowdays, with the environment changes, many natural disasters happen. One of the most common are flooding, specially in USA and some zones of Europe, Asia, as a result of tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis or torrential rains. Everytime that happens, many human lives are lost in flooded roads: people die in their cars and sometimes there is no helicopter to save them.
I am talking about developing some kind of axternal airbag, like a baloon which, activated manualy or automaticaly when in touch with water, lifts the car so it does not sink. In other words, the car floats and these bags also avoid shocks and dangerous crashes with other vehicles, objects, rocks, etc.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Of course I would use this money to develop my idea and try to make it possible and bring it to reality. I think it would save many lives so it needs to be made.
