This is a patented product that is a body size foam roller with two different surfaces. This product is simple, yet effective in helping to improve dynamic posture, and assist in finding good alignment.Because of its unique shape the SR is more comfortable than standard foam rollers. There are many applications for sport and movement enhancement, and the SR can be used to just reduce the aches from sitting at the computer. Because the Smartroller also stimulates the body's natural righting mechanisms it helps improve balance and helps to find an intelligent way to facilitate the core muscles.
