Idea Description
Ideablob is great, but it looks like it's ending soon. I propose ideablob neXt: a website much like ideablob, funded by the 10K we win here, that will continue to give out money for the best ideas, Ideablob style. Unlike Ideablob, non-business-related ideas will be accepted.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Some amount of money goes towards web programming and hosting; the rest goes out to ideas, ideablob style. Maybe $500/month, or variable-rate prizes; we should be able to make this last at least another year and then regroup from there (ideablob neXt neXt?)

The easy answer seems to be corporate sponsorship, a la Advanta. Crowdsourcing (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crowdsourcing) is hot right now. I'd contact more web-centric companies and see if there is any interest in sponsoring a similiar site.
