Idea Description
take a nearly closed mall with 12,000 parking spaces and 110 empty mall "store" spaces and turn it into a VICI area site from the SBA programs. 75% would be ALL service industry operations, and 25 % Retail/food services.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
1. Continue to purchase this mall and related properties
2. Secure necessary "back-office" operations for the VICI/SBA
3. Use our current Female/Miniority owned IRS 501(c)3 to implement the SBA $150,000 Grant.
4. Create new jobs and open the doors.

Just a little more infor for all of you to help explain what a VICI is? The SBA used to have what were called Small Business Developement Investment Corporations... Now Venture Investment Corp. Incubators... or ViCi's for short. We'd be the back office for these new or exsisting service businesses and allow the people running their own company, the time they need to make money, not just do "back-office" proceedures. THIS we would do.
The Service Mini/Major Mall? With-in the 1st of 3 phases, over 200 Full Time Jobs, and about 100 Part Time Jobs will be centered at the Mall. At Phase 2 ? An additional 100 Full Time and 50 to 100 additional Part Time JOBS are added. Phase 3 ? During new construction? Over 250 new Mixed JOBS for related fields of work will occur. Thanks for reading.
