Idea Description

The firm will be located both on the US/Mex border, and in Winston-Salem, NC. Legal waivers for temporary work will be obtained on the border w/ workers. These temporary workers will be transported using an agriculture affiliate distribution network, ending in North Carolina. The company guarantees removal of the Mexican workers upon expiration of their papers, and retains the workers' down payment(% of their wage) until they have exited the country. Services will be offered primarily to agriculture manufacturers and large farms throughout the southeast; broken into 4 regions. With heightened security this allows both the workers and owners to prevent legality complications.

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

First an office on the border will be set up, and contacts will be made to the local government to have our presence known. Second, talks will continue with some of the major manufacturers and producers of agriculture here in the southeast. Third, we'll continue to conduct local research with illegal workers to understand how, why and where they traveled to come work illegally. Fourth, a cost comparison of available transportation including shipping networks, trains, and bus lines will be compared to determine the most cost effective strategy to distribute workers in a timely manner.
