Clothes for Diabetic Pump Users
Clothes for Diabetic Pump Users
Idea Description
Our 3 year old son is a Type 1 diabetic who uses an insulin pump. We are always trying to find ways to hide or tuck the tube places so it is not uncomfortable for him. Also it sometimes gets caught on things and then the tube will rip out of him causing him pain. We feel that this idea would alleviate most if not all of these concerns and many more. Our idea is a clothing line focused around people who use Insulin pumps. The clothing would have discreet holes placed strategically to allow the tube which carries the inulin to be fed through clothes. This would allow people to hide and make sure that the tube is not caught on anything, also giving the pumper added confidence in themselve
