What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
Create a periodic video podcast in English aimed to show a "hands-on" view of Japan. The main concept is to create a show "for geeks, by geeks". However this does not mean that is will be tech specific. The shows will take specific topics and expand in a "geek" manner, such that we will show and explain things that would not be shown on regular media.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Buy necessary equipment to create quality video and acquire necessary web hosting services to post materials. The remainder will be used for promotions.

I don't see why you can't do it now. If you went to big blogs i'm sure they'd pick it up.
I would love to get a better understanding of their culture!
