What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
I live in an area where it never snows. When it does get cold and rains and the smallest of snow might be in the air, everyone gets so excited. I thought it would be a great idea to open up an Indoor Sled Riding Center. It would look like a huge igloo on the outside, but inside would be a sea of hills covered in snow. The concept would almost be like a water slide park except covered in snow. Sleds would be given out to use after entering.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

Seems like you could partner with an amusement park or some other recreational area to offer this additional service.
I have not checked costs but I do know that here where we are right by the beach, water parks are plentiful and always packed and cost approximately $30 for the day per person. Moutains are hours away (approximately 6 hours) and the cost would be much greater for a family (gas, hotels, rentals, etc). Now imagine something in their own area that is something that has never taken place in that area, like taking a sled, seeing snow and playing in it all day. I think people would pay just as much per day as the water parks or more.
Interesting! However, it might be very expensive to make the snow and maintain its condition, especially for "a sea of hills covered in snow". If it costs much, people may still prefer to go to a real mountain in snow.
