Idea Description
As a small business owner I have been extremely frustrated with people parking illegally in my parking lot. I call the police to ticket the cars, the police don't show up or the cars are gone by the time they do. If business owners like me had the ability to write their own official parking tickets we could generate a ton of money for our local municipality. It would take co-operation from local government to issue permits for the business owner to acquire the necessary forms and/or equipment to issue tickets to illegally parked cars on their property.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Contact local government with the idea and promote the idea in the local media. Purchase any equipment needed (if necessary)to provide business owners in the area with the ability to write their own parking tickets.

Awesome, I had problems with illegally parked cars. Great solution.
the inclosure could be as simple as 2 ft high steel post spaced every 4ft. they could be cemented in or bolted down. this way people could still walk through or into the parking lot but cars could not enter unless they go thru the designated entrance
