Idea Description
I like to create social networking site where person can say that he is expert in( football, IT, cricket ) what ever and he can mention his past details .Mention his ambitions and he is willing to play or consult free or no .He will also get rating from others .Base on ratings or base on his profile he can be selected in another team if he is in IT he can be hired as consultant etc In short if you are expert in something try to sell your service in that area

This sounds like an interesting idea. What has your progress been since posting it? It will be important to rank the various levels of expertise (think of eBay's reputation ratings). There are similar service for the services in the IT industry (Elance.com, etc.) but it sounds like you would like to take it a step further.
