College tuition is expensive and textbook prices have soared in the last few years. Many students don't receive very much financial input from parents, yet financial aid eligibility is still riding on their parents' income, forcing them to take out staggering student loans. Upon graduation, starter jobs are frequently insufficient.

I'd like to create a website for free textbook swapping on a point system, much like PaperBackSwap or BookMooch. Then, with the proceeds from that site I'd set up a scholarship to cover the interest of unsubsidized student loans during college and for a few years after qualifying students' graduations.

What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

I'd start by hiring a web designer and programmer to get the website up as soon as possible.
