Idea Description
Develop a grass roots approach for providing available information and resources on bike helmets for kids and proper fitting of helmets in an appealing package. Devolp a matrix of places this could be viewed. i.e. bicycle shops,children's health care offices, libraries, kiosks at bicycle trailheads. Provide a vehicle to dissiminate this; such as the internet,public service platform,state office, helmet industry.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Produce a YouTube style video segueing various pieces of soft fruit with helmets on or animation piece with with a cute cartoon charachter interspersed with fact billboards and/or a flyer with the same style emailed or snail mailed to local organizations hopefully gaining traction towards larger areas.

I notice so many children riding their bikes without knowing the safety rules, this includes not wearing helmets. Many of the big pharmaceutical companies offer funding for public service projects around the area of health and safety. You may also get sponsorship from spinal cord injury associations.
