Idea Description
get permission to install a huge canvas (approx. 30x30ft) in the middle of a major city. everyone passing gets a free paint-ball in the desired color to shoot / throw at the canvas. he is also invited to sign the list of artists.
after the painting has been finished by the contribution of thousands of people (and this should arrouse a lot of media coverage) it will be sold by auction.
the profit will be used to repeat the project within another city and start a tour around the country...
