Idea Description
Develop a community education hub that offers resources to promote well-being. We would address health by offering information on natural and alternative therapies (herbal medicine, homeopathy, energy work, bodywork, midwifery, etc.). Sustainable living skills such as organic farming, green building, etc. would be taught. Personal development through practices like yoga or other spiritual teachings will be offered. Delivery would be through innovative classes, retreats, communtiy networking, referral for consultations.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Research successful models in current use, begin inventory of local resources, form core group to work on the project, develop budget, get marketing consultant, gather additional monetary and advisory support, find a physical location to be our center, start offering services asap.
