Idea Description
With obesity rates skyrocketing in the US and with no time or desire for employees to go to the gym after work, let's bring the gym to them in the form of exercise classes. I propose to teach fitness classes on-site (at the company's site), for employees at companies that are interested in offering this benefit to their employees. Companies can reduce medical costs and turnover rates with this. The company would be paying for the classes and offer this as a benefit and to build goodwill among employees.
