  Why does my school career services not know about such a resource?
  
  I saw that you have received a mention on top internet sites but I think this site has the potential to become synonymous for a recruiting platform just as sites like monster, career builder or indeed are. You could already be doing these things or they could be in the pipeline:
  
  • How about collaborating with career services from different schools. Students usually come to know about recruiting platforms from their career services departments.
  • How about having your own booth during career fairs. You could be recruiting for Career Tours (in case required) and at the same time creating awareness as well.
  • How about sponsoring seminars on human resource related areas such as staffing, etc
