Provide a Notebook/Laptop loaner service to customer locally while their systems are in the shop for repairs. Shorting the time they have to wait to hours , not weeks.
Offer a complete Onsite service for custom build, Upgrades & Repairs, as well as Data Recovery and Backup.
Offer a competitive service for Virus, Trojans, Spyware, Malware elimination and clean up.
Provide service to improve system performance.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
My next step is to purchase the parts to build at least 10 systems. and to provide franchise oportunities to anyone all across United States.

I had to take my laptop to the geek squad recently before sending it back to the manufacturer for some repairs. I would have loved to have gotten a loaner laptop. I would suggest creating a geek squad like service and loaning laptops as a differentiator. I would rather not drop my laptop off with the geeks for services and then go to you to pick up a loaner. I would want both to happen at the same place. I'm surprised the geek squad doesn't already do this.
