Idea Description
We created the first marketplace where you users can sell dinner reservations they are not using and buyers can purchase last minute reservations to the hottest restaurants in town. It is a seamless marketplace and tablexchange simply supplies the forum for the buyers to meet the sellers

I don't think you should be in any hurry to expand your geographical foot print. Create a loyal, cult like following for your brand in your hometown and instead of you expanding, mitigate your risk by offering franchise oppurtunities.
