Offer a Business money to rent space to teach your craft, (e.g. art) when they aren't using it!
What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
Teaching on your own can be an expensive operation if you own or rent the space you teach out. Many business don't use their space 100% or use it all the time. For example alot of business' aren't open nights and weekends. Others might have an area where they have meetings but only use it once a week. Why not approach them, offer them money for the space when they are not using it. Point out the finacial benefits and the extra traffic and advertising it would bring!
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Set up a business that supports Artists' using this idea. Either rent or own a place that has a few rooms and than offer teachers time rates to rent the rooms. I'd have art equiptment in one room, maybe exercise like yoga in another room, etc. etc.

There are communities that exist that offer a similar service to small business owners. I know that there's a group in Philadelphia, called Independets' Hall. You should contact them for advice.
