Donuts in the Deep South
Donuts in the Deep South
Idea Description
My idea is to capitalize on the undervalued commercial real estate in the Garden District of New Orleans. After visting the city, I believe there is an exciting opportunity to acquire abandonded drive thru restaurant chains and open new "concepts" to New Orleans. I would begin with a Dunkin Donuts because the Garden District has several private and public schools and colleges within a small geographic space. I think it would be refreshing to have an alternative brand of coffee and donuts in a highly populated school area.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I would use the money as a down payment to purchase the commercial lot.
Vote for it now.
