Idea Description
The Diabetic Assistance Program will be designed to assist low-income diabetics obtain financial assistance for things like: equipment (i.e. meters, scales to weigh foods, measuring cups, spoons etc,. It will also help low-income diabetics pay for foods that are listed on their recommended diets monthly as well as educate them each month on various topics that are a concern to diabetics.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
The next step I will take in the process is locate an office as a suitable location. Since I am currently working from my home I will need a facility so I can have a stable location for diabetics to find me. I also will find other grants and sources to help with the financial requirements needed to help the clients regularly.
