Idea Description
Pay people for their innovative ideas for Excel spreadsheets. Any ideas accepted would be used to create a professional Excel spreadsheet that could be sold as a commercial software product. Many times hard-working people have brilliant ideas which create fortunes for their employers, but the person who came up with the original idea doen't even get a "thank you" from an ungreatful employer. Payment to the person who was credited with the idea would be in the form of royalties or one-time cash payment for spreadsheets sold within the term of a negotiated agreement.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
Establish a business division in my software development company to manage the submission of ideas and development of spreadsheets to sell. This company, established in 1994, has sold software in more than 90 countries. I would use at least $5,000 toward marketing costs to promote the first product we develop through this program.
