National missing children Photo and DNA archive center, for quick info relay to police authorities
What advice do you have to help me grow my idea?
Idea Description
At the schools photo cards are made up by the school photograpers for the parents wallets. What if all that could be captured into a national data base so if a kid goes missing the photo, description, age, address etc. of the child could be instantly flashed to the local police authority, to facilitate amber alerts, getting the photo into the hands of the police on the street!!
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?

excellent idea!!
sure their are security risks but given the right technology this could be accomplished in a *safe* manner. the big challenge of course, especially after the first two comments, will be public perception, convincing others of it's safety, etc. good idea!
This is a bit too big brother.
