Idea Description
To survive in the knowledge based global economy, students need to be problem solvers, critical thinker, collaborators, effective communicators, technology savvy and flexible to other cultures. In order to prepare students, they must utilize technology for long lengths of time. Students at cyber schools attend their lessons online on a computer 5-6 hours teaching mastery of word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software. Students also learn a specialty in the world of technology to move directly into a job in the corporate world.

You should look into private funds that are available for your project -- a la, The Bill Gates Foundation, etc. I don't think we can rely on the government for significant improvements, at least in the short term. I love your mission though.
