Expand my recruiting/coaching business and elimante "brain drain" from Cleveland, OH
Idea Description
Everyone knows that Cleveland is experiencing "brain drain." However, every day I am bombarded with resumes and requests for contact from local people, looking to make a career change. These same people are the ones who, when they aren't able to find an ideal job here, will leave and *thus* add to "brain drain."
I want to work with more Northeastern Ohio firms, to fill their open positions with local, qualified candidates and help eliminate "brain drain."
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
I desperately need a new laptop and a color laser printer.
After that, I would use money to launch a major advertising/PR campaign.

That is a great idea to keep job hires in Cleveland.
I am orginally from Cleveland and have contributed to the brain drain unfortunately, but I'd be interested to see how and if your idea comes to fruision. Keep me informed.
