Already in the process of doing this, but creating a specialized personal training business tied to a 24 hour fitness business. Would specialize in all areas of personal training plus have group fitness classes, Yoga and other areas. Also would have workshops related to health and wellness.

They have that at LA Fitness already. Its called body of change. They give you the first lesson free when you get a membership to LA fitness and the body of change guys use that to push their personal training package. How would you differentiate from that?
Your concept tied in with mine could be an instant winner ... the problem I see with yours ... which I feel can be overcome by utilizing some different marketing approachs ... is the number of generic fitness centers ("big box" if you will) that are all over ... even local communities (mine is one) are even getting into the game and using tax payer money to compete with you ...
