  I think that this is a great idea.
  Instead of a company outsourcing a responsibility to an individual that they don't know at all and the temp service that doesn't really know that well, you have a staff of professionals that takes care of the demands that other companies need accomplished.
  
  I think that the main type of work that you are going to receive is data entry, sorting and filing, possibly some accounting grunt work, as well as other random jobs that need to be done. This means that you don't need to have certified accountants and CEOs sitting around. You just need to cover the basic needs of you clients.
  
  Basically all you need to do is find some straight out of college individuals that need a job. From there you can train them on the tasks that businesses are likely to bring to them.
  
  Once you have helped out a few local businesses with their work, you develop a reputation. Build a website. Have a section that allows views to "Get to know your employees." This allows possible clients a chance to see that you really are…more a team of employees, not just a network of people that know other people.
  
  This could be pretty successful if you found the right location and clients.
