Idea Description
PECKERS would be a full service restaurant and bar that would do for the ladies what "****" does for the guys. The servers and service personnel will be all male and will all wear matching shirts and shorts, shirts will be red and shorts will be black. We will serve food, appetizers and beverages that would cater to the tastes of the ladies. The PECKERS logo will be a cartoon woodpecker, possibly dressed in a tuxedo. Our flagship location would be located in San Francisco, CA.
What will you do if you win $10,000 for this idea?
The $10,000 would be placed in an account created for the creation of PECKERS and would earn interest while we raise more funds to get the business off of the ground. In the interim, we will prepare an in-depth business plan, which will include plans for expansion to other major cities, to take to possible investors and also start scouting possible locations in San Francisco. The menu, the logo, the uniform and the interior/exterior of the restaurant will be created during this time.
